RETURNS PROCEDURE
We accept faulty items for return within 28 days of purchase date. Items returned for any other reason can only be accepted up to 7 days from purchase date in their original packaging, excluding the following: •DVDs where the seal or wrapping has been broken. •Special Orders •Foods or drink powders To return an item please email warranty@paligap.cc with the following details: 1. Order ID. 2. Email address from which the order was placed. 3. The reason for return. 4. Whether a replacement or refund is required. Once authorised, we will issue you a returns number by email which must be shown on the packaging of the returned item. Items returned without a returns number will not be processed for credit or replacement. The customer will be liable for postage costs to return any of the above items. Only items directly purchased from paligap.cc can be returned, items purchased through a retailer or third party must be returned to the place of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
